If a student has two payments returned to the College that have been identified as fraudulent by the payment provider, the following will occur:

• A hold will be placed on the student account preventing any further registration;
• Courses from the current term may be removed;
• Future offers of admission will be revoked;
• A restriction from taking Humber courses will be in place for one year.
